Data: | Agri-Comm was hired to appraise
a proposed winery on a 100-acre property planted to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyard.
The proposed winery includes processing areas, a barrel cellar,
and hospitality areas for tasting and events.
The winery interior finishes include stained concrete floors,
painted wood walls and ceilings, with exposed steel trusses.
The exterior finishes include corrugated metal roofing, painted wood boards and rock.
Dave Holt has the experience to understand construction documents used to appraise
a proposed project due to managing commercial and public construction projects.

Data: | Agri-Comm Appraisal was hired
to appraise a proposed hillside vineyard development in the Russian River Valley AVA.
The vineyard will provide grapes to a high-end Pinot Noir and Chardonnay winery.
The redwood and oak forested property had an approved timber conversion permit.
The proposed vineyard location has southern exposure and great loam soils.
A small off-stream pond utilizing water collected
from a drainage collection and sump system in the vineyard will supply water.
Dave Holt gained the experience to understand the proposed hillside development documents
by working in engineering and geology offices.

St. Helena vineyard and residence

Purpose: | To establish an asking price for the sale of the property. |
Data: | Agri-Comm was hired
to appraise an existing vineyard and residence in the Rutherford AVA, St. Helena.
The property sold for within 10 percent of the appraised value.
The property is on nearly level to steep terrain at the edge of the valley floor,
and is planted to 6.25 net acres of vineyard.
The subject's slightly elevated home site has good valley floor views
of the distant hills and surrounding vineyards.
The main residence is a "modern craftsman" style with two-bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The architect designed home is dramatic with its use of materials and vertical dimensions.
Post and beam design with exposed aggregate concrete, extensive use of exposed wood finishes,
and floor to ceiling window walls are used.
