Agri-Comm Appraisal, LLC is FAA licensed and certified to fly any unmanned aircraft for use in our appraisals, and are currently using a DJI Phantom 4. Using the drone enables us to quickly and easily view large properties, even on inaccessible terrain. We can see consistency and/or inconsistency throughout the vineyards, and view areas we couldn't reach by vehicle or by foot. We are able to capture better photographs for assessing and report presentation.
